This is true only in hindsight though. You will always have done or not done even if you always set out to “do”. From this perspective it makes “don’t try” a little fatalistic, no?

I have an anki card deck of all those words and I’ve greatly expanded my vocab doing that for 1 minute every morning while I have coffee.
The community on Lemmy seems less about minimalism for the sake of being minimal and more about ethics, minimal pedantry (“should we stop taking pictures because they create clutter?”), and being cheap/frugal.
Did you have a different community or resource in mind? I’m interested, but only with respect to my stuff, and in a more “buy it for life” way.
Maybe specify a different diff algorithm? Histogram for example?

Sounds like me. I like supporting B&N, but I feel like their reader is an afterthought and it’s always frozen or laggy. Are you ahem acquiring your books as well? I do like being connected to a store for easy access.
