You probably can still access third-party apps by being a mod. That works for me (with Boost) when the patching method made it unable to login recently.
I did try the revanced reddit app but the stutters make it unbearable to use.

It depends on whether the feature is server-side restricted. For example, xManager can’t set audio quality to very high.

One thing I just noticed is the privacy policy. It proxies the data to their server and can collect analytics. I do understand it’s to circumvent CORS, but still we’ve to keep that in mind.

Redirects are usually cached on the browser, so you can just clear the site’s cache.
They’re actually not redirecting now as traffic has subsided. But as I remember, they added a 301 permanent redirect instead of 302 and I immediately thought that’s a bad idea. Probably that’s why you’re still getting redirected to the stream.
